Cima Talent Management, Inc. was founded in 1995 in Columbia, Maryland, by Gigi Soto, who initially developed and managed various entertainers and recording artists internationally. As her reputation for finding beautiful faces emerged, the modeling and acting divisions of the agency grew to become synonymous with the definition of the word “Cima,” meaning “Top” in Spanish.  Over the last 16 years, Cima has developed models and actors who have graced the biggest runways, stages, silver screens, magazines and billboards in the entertainment industry. Although Cima has garnered an international reputation with advertising agencies, photographers, and casting directors, the agency remains true to the notion of being boutique by taking on only a few unique and memorable models and actors each season.  Cima continues to stay focused on providing outstanding service to both its clientele and talent, while pursuing new avenues for building professional relationships throughout the world.
